Mechanics

• This item will randomly fracture one explicit modifier on a rare item with 4 or more modifiers.
• This item does not reroll the modifiers of an item.
• This item does not respect metamods.
• This item cannot be used on Influenced, Synthesised, or Fractured items.
• This item can be used on items with Eldritch implicit modifiers.
• This item can be used on Split items.
• Since Imprints cannot be used on Fractured items, it is not possible to roll back fracturing an item via imprints.
