Blackguard Arcmages can be found in the Ebony Barracks, and can be rare. They specialize in lightning spells. They are rather dangerous as they cast Lightning Thorns on allies making them reflect lightning damage to you when you hit them. It is recommended to take them out first before turning to the other Blackguard Soldiers and Blackguard Elites.
Conversely, if you have a way to use enemies against your foes (summon spectre, dominating blow, etc), these are a good bet.
