Merveil Blessed is a type of Sea Witch. Merveil Blessed has the ability to cast both Frost Bolt and Sea Witch Wave. They are a type of special monsters GGG added into the game available only in end game maps. They are there to increase challenge and variety with the side effect of adding more Raise Spectre monsters to the pool.
Being cold and combing with cast speed and Spell Echo They freeze and slow very often making them very useful as safe map clearers.
