Kurai, the Administrator is one of the Rogues in The Rogue Harbour. She can also be found in the Lioneye's Watch (Act 1), if the player haven't start the The Rogue Harbour quest yet.

The player character cannot hire Kurai in normal Heist and Grand Heist. However, Kurai is an essential NPC for her own quest contracts, from the quest step Contract: The Negotiation to Contract: The Twins.

She has level 5 Lockpicking skill. However, player cannot gear up Kurai.
