The Chilling and Shocking auras do not benefit from modifiers affecting player shock/chill effect like Increased Effect of Chill, Increased Effect of Shock, or Increased Effect of Non-Damaging Ailments. [2]
The Chilling and Shocking auras will benefit from modifiers such as Increased Effect of Chill, Increased Effect of Shock, or Increased Effect of Non-Damaging Ailments that are applied to the Skitterbot minions with support gems such as Unbound Ailments Support or Bonechill Support, with the downside of increasing the skill's reservation.
Summon Skitterbots' inherent Minions have (0-19)% increased Chill Effect or Minions have (0-19)% increased Shock Effect will increase the effect of the Skitterbots' Chilling and Shocking auras.
