Summon Carrion Golem is a minion spell skill. It summons a Golem that grants added physical damage to your non-Golem minions. The Carrion Golem attacks with melee attacks: a leaping slam, a series of slashes, and a ground slam that sends a cascade of bones spikes. The Carrion Golem gains more damage for each allied non-Golem minion around it, up to a cap of 50% more with 10 nearby non-Golem minions.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.23.0	Alternate quality gems, labyrinth helmet enchantments and unique threshold jewels are all systems that were trying to subtly modify the behaviour of skills. With this expansion these have been combined into a new system called Transfigured Gems that allows us to fully achieve the goal of these three systems, and then some. No longer has 0-38% increased Minion Maximum Life. Summoned Carrion Golems now have 20% more Life inherently. Quality now provides 0-20% increased Buff Effect, instead of causing Minions to deal 0-20% increased Damage. Anomalous, Divergent and Phantasmal Quality Gems have been removed from the game. Existing alternate Quality Gems now have the base Quality effect found on the respective Gem. 3.19.0	The damage and life scaling values for minions have been adjusted. Generally speaking, minion life and damage is unchanged in the very early game, roughly 30% lower in mid acts, roughly 20% lower at level 20 of the minion skill, and roughly 10% lower at level 30 of the minion skill. Gem quality no longer grants 0–20% increased Minion Maximum Life. Now has 30% more base life at all levels. Now has 0% increased Minion Maximum Life at gem level 1 (previously 30%), up to 38% at gem level 20 (previously 68%).
3.16.0	Carrion, Chaos, Flame, Ice and Lightning Golems now regenerate 1% of their Life per second.
3.14.0	The Golem's Cascade skill now has a 6 second cooldown (previously 4 seconds). The skill now also travels a shorter distance and has less area of effect. Summoned Carrion Golem now deals approximately 11% less damage at all gem levels.
