Explosives Expert

Explosives Expert is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Saboteur. It grants you increased critical strike multiplier against burning enemies, increased critical strike chance against shocked enemies, and elemental penetration against chilled enemies.

Now grants 30% increased area of effect (from 20%), 8% reduced area damage taken from hits, +30% to critical strike multiplier against burning enemies, 80% increased critical strike chance against shocked enemies, and causes damage against chilled enemies to penetrate 10% of elemental resistances.
