Rogue's brooch is an item class. It is known as Heist Brooch (requires to be capitalized) in item filter.[1] Internal ids/tags are HeistEquipmentReward, heist_equipment_reward.
Item from this item class can only be equipped by a rogue. The rouge themselves need to reach a certain job level (2, 3, 4, or 5).
Despite in the announcement the item class is spelled as singular, in the text copied by using in-game Control + C keybind, the item class is spelled in plural: Heist Brooches.
