Power Siphon is a wand attack skill that fires multiple projectiles which generate and have extra bonuses from Power charges. The projectiles have Culling Strike.

Skill functions and interactions

The skill doesn't follow typical ranged attack rules; instead of physically firing projectiles out of player's wand in a cone, they are fired from within the player at nearby targets within a circle. If there are no nearby enemies, the character will play a casting animation but no projectiles will be fired. Because of that, it acts more like a spell than an attack.
