Spending

Orbs of Annulment are used in item crafting, and are especially useful to improve good items with one undesired modifier. Using these orbs is risky though, since the removed modifier is chosen randomly.

It is observed that since 3.16.0, the orb respects meta craft like "Cannot roll attack/caster modifiers" and only removes non-attack/non-caster modifiers in this case.
