Enduring Cry always adds a minimum of one Endurance Charge as long as there is at least one enemy in range.
Duration: modifiers to Skill Duration and Buff Duration will affect the duration of life regeneration effect granted by this skill, although they will not increase the duration of endurance charges created with this skill. These are affected only by Endurance Charge Duration modifiers.

Note that helmet enchantments are no longer obtainable since version 3.23.0 and can only be obtained in permanent leagues as already enchanted items from before this patch.
Enduring Cry is now a warcry rather than a spell. It now grants some life regeneration on use and grants 3% increased Area of Effect per 1% quality (was 1% per 1% quality).
The number of charges gained has been reduced at higher levels. It produces the same amount at level 1, and progresses to being 40% less effective by level 20.
