Vilenta is an NPC located in Overseer's Tower in Act 5. Since version 3.2.0, she became an area boss in Act 10.
Before the introduction of 3.2.0, talk to Lani in Oriath Docks would have a dialog regarding Vilenta, hinting her transformation.
