Summon Reaper is a minionspell that summons a Reaper minion that attacks with a variety of slashes and can apply bleeding. Your other minions are weaker while you have a Reaper summoned. The Reaper will consume your temporary minions to heal and empower itself occasionally.
The Reaper has 7 separate abilities it can use. At every idle frame the reaper will decide what to do next based on its own internal logic. The Reaper's abilities are as follows:
Consume (Heal): The Reaper will use this ability if it has less than 75% life, there is an allied damageable minion nearby, and no combat action has higher weighting. See below for the effects of the Consume buff. This Spell has cast time of instant and a 6 second cooldown.

Dash: The Reaper dashes towards nearby enemies. This Spell has cast time of 1.5 seconds and a 4 second cooldown.
Ultimate: The Reaper will use this ability if it is targeting a unique or rare enemy. The Reaper swipes both scythes in front of them, dealing a substantial amount of damage with each slash. Enemies hit by both slashes take damage from each. This Attack has an attack time of 1.5 seconds.
Comboslash (triggered): If the Reaper is surrounded by non-rare or unique enemies it will give itself a range buff and do a melee spinning attack. This attack cannot cause Stun or Knockback. This Triggered Spell has a cast time of instant and a 6 second cooldown.
Dash/Ultimate (triggered): If the player casts Summon Reaper while the Reaper is already alive the Reaper will dash to the cursor, if the Reaper is not already nearby the cursor, and then use its Ultimate Ability. The stats of the triggered version of the ultimate and dash portions of this ability are the same as the non-triggered version. This Trigger has a cooldown equal to the cooldown of the skill gem (4 seconds).

The Reaper dual wields and alternates between main hand and off hand for its attacks except for the player-activated dash slash, which is always main hand[4]. This is relevant when the player is using Destructive Link with the Minion Defense Mastery to target the Reaper.
