Modifiers

Kaom's Heart provides a significant boost to base life and increased fire damage, but it cannot have sockets.

Item acquisition

This item is drop disabled.

Apart from regular drop, it can also be obtained from Kaom's Cache by random. The unique strongbox drop one random Kaom related unique item.

Legacy variants

Kaom's Heart has a legacy variant.

Be forewarned that using a Divine OrbDivine OrbStack Size: 10Randomises the numeric values of the random modifiers on an itemRight click this item then left click a magic, rare or unique item to apply it.
Shift click to unstack. on a legacy Kaom's Heart will update the maximum Life modifier to the current, lower value. The increased Fire Damage modifier will not be added.
