Now has 360% Effectiveness of Added Damage at all gem levels (previously 220%). Quality on the Anomalous Frostbolt Skill gem no longer provides 0-100% reduced Damage, or 0-20% chance to inflict Cold Exposure on Hit. Instead, it now provides "Gain 0-40% increased Projectile Speed per second".
