Vinderi, the Dismantler is a NPC located in the Rogue Harbour. He is a rogue to hire for Demolition jobs in a Heist and Grand Heist.

Vinderi's unique heist ability is to duplicate chest contents, and is one of the few sources in the game to obtain precisely duplicate drops, right down to the mod rolls on the item(s). The duplicated items are not corrupted or mirrored. This ability only works when he is taken along in a Heist or Grand Heist.

Vinderi's unique heist Perks are:

• 10% more raising of Alert Level
• Heist Chests have a 5% chance to Duplicate their contents

Vinderi's skill are:

• Demolition (Max Level 5)
• Trap Disarmament (Max Level 5)
• Engineering (Max Level 2)
