Shattering steel is an attack that launches a wave of projectiles which shatter on hit or reaching maximum distance, dealing area of effect damage in a small area. The projectiles have a chance to impale on hit, dealing a portion of the physical damage dealt over the next 5 hits.
Projectile Speed: Shattering steel fires projectiles which travel a fixed distance, increases or decreases to projectile speed do not affect the range of shattering steel.

Additional Projectiles: Shattering steel functions similarly to Barrage in terms of projectiles. Multiple projectiles produced from one attack are capable of hitting the same target. Due to this, additional projectiles are capable of increasing total damage output when in close range. Additional projectiles slightly increase the spread of the attack for each projectile added.
