Legacy item

Legacy items are discontinued versions of items that are not available for drop anymore, caused by nerfs applied to a certain item (or the base item of a unique) that only affected future drops of that item. Therefore, legacy items are only obtainable by trading them with other players. Due to their limited availability, their prices are generally high.
