Hypothermia Support

Hypothermia is a support gem that grants supported skill gems more damage against chilled enemies, and also grants a chance to freeze enemies that are already chilled.

Hypothermia only works with hits and ailments, and doesn't work with non-ailment damage over time effects (like Scorching RayScorching RaySpell, Fire, Duration, Channelling
