Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has a higher damage effectiveness and wider angle but does not gain any bonus damage to closer targets without gem quality. It also has a higher cost, slower attack time, and can only be used with two-handed maces, axes, and staves/warstaves.
