However, fractured mods will not be removed, leaving the item at the lowest eligible rarity. For items with one fractured prefix and/or one fractured suffix modifiers, this is Magic. For items with at least two fractured prefixes or two fractured suffix modifiers, this is Rare. This latter case will allow the item to be re-rolled with another Tainted Chaos Orb.
