Prime Regrading Lens was a currency item that changes the type of quality of a skill gem with quality between its alternate quality types: Superior (default), Anomalous, Divergent, and Phantasmal. Not all gems had all four quality types. It could not grant the gem a quality effect it already has. They were only acquirable from Grand Heist Curio Displays with the "Unusual Gems" target type before their removal in version 3.23.0, which also removed the distinction of Grand Heist reward types.
