Path of Exile: Affliction is an expansion of Path of Exile. It was officially announced by Grinding Gear Games on December 1, 2023, and released on December 8, 2023 alongside the Affliction league.

The main content of this expansion is the Affliction league, as well as changes to the core game. This includes the addition of transfigured gems, variants of skill gems with alternate effects, replacing skill-altering effects like Labyrinth helmet enchantments, alternate quality gems, and threshold jewels and consolidating them into one system. The Divine Font at the end of the Labyrinth is now used to acquire transfigured gems. Ultimatum has also been added to the core game, replacing Metamorph.
