Helena, a Blackguard, is first encountered in the The Chamber of Sins Level 3 in Act 2. When Piety again runs from the player, Helena's voice can be heard crying for help, because Fidelitis, the Mourning has captured her. Once disposed of, Fidelitis leaves behind the
