Version history

Until version 3.19.0, a set of the Transformation could be turned in for a random corrupted fated unique item with two corruption implicit modifiers.

Version	Changes
3.23.0	Metamorph has been removed from the core game. The Transformation Divination Card can now be found in the Gardens, Haunted Mansion, Palace, Tower, and Underground Sea Maps, as well as the Death and Taxes, Hallowed Ground and Maelström of Chaos Unique Maps. Confirmed to be a boss card.
3.20.0	The Transformation Divination Card has been re-enabled, and now awards a Tainted Mythic Orb.
3.19.0	The A Note in the Wind, Akil's Prophecy, The Mad King, The Transformation, and Vile Power Divination Cards have been temporarily disabled, and existing cards cannot be turned in currently.
