Items with an Eater of Worlds implicit modifier have a teal symbol on its header.

Some items that are not Influenced, Synthesised, or Fractured can obtain an Eater of Worlds implicit modifier by using one of the several Eldritch Ichor currencies.

Tips

The moving orbs in the arena will inflict a debuff called "Drowning" with a 3 second timer when the player touches them. Failing to move away from the orb to remove debuff will cause the player to die after 3 seconds. The orbs will move towards the player while the character is facing away, and move away if facing towards the orbs.
