Mortal Grief

Mortal Grief is one of four Advanced Vaal fragments.

Once placed in the map device, along with the other fragments, it will grant access to the .

When put in the map device with a regular map, it adds 10% item quantity to that map.

If placed without a regular map, it opens a random level 72 Vaal side area.

Item acquisition

Mortal Grief has restrictions on where or how it can drop. Drops from regular Atziri in the Apex of Sacrifice or Incursion Atziri in the Throne of Atziri (in the Temple of Atzoatl), as well as Alluring Vaal Side Areas.
