Frostblink is a spell that teleports the user to the target location deals cold damage and leaves chilled ground to and from where the user traveled. The cooldown of this skill recovers faster with enemies hit.
This spell has an instant cast speed, which means it is the only non-triggered method for a character to move on command while otherwise locked into a stationary action. For example, it can be used to dodge enemy attacks while in the middle of laying a mine, casting a different spell, or channeling. Other actions are not interrupted by casting Frostblink.
Frostblink shares a cooldown with other Blink skills.
