Blessed items are upgraded versions of breach items found in Breaches. These items require the use of a corresponding Blessing that drops from Breachlords within their Domains. When the Blessing is used, that item will be permanently imbued with new power and a new name and may change base items. Blessed items cannot randomly drop or chanced.
