The Transformation is a divination card. A set of five can be exchanged for a exchanged for a random corrupted unique fated item with two corruption implicit modifiers.

Item acquisition

The Transformation has restrictions on where or how it can drop. Drops from bosses with the "transform_boss" monster tag.
