Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version does not reflect a portion of the damage from your projectiles that hit it; instead, it only deals spell physical damage converted to elemental damage and Hinders nearby enemies. It allows for more tornadoes to be active simultaneously, and also has lower base damage and damage effectiveness.

Tornadoes created by this skill cannot be hit.

Tornado of Elemental Turbulence (ToET) shares a Tornado limit with the base version of Tornado in a fashion similar to Totems that allow for additional to be placed. You may only have 1 Tornado active at a time from the base Tornado skill and it's limit of 1 will override and destroy any existing other Tornadoes that are active (including ones from ToET). If you start by summoning a base tornado, you may summon 2 additional ToET tornadoes. Casting ToET again will replace the first tornado skill summoned with a new ToET version regardless of if it came from the base Tornado skill or ToET.

Combat Focus jewels prevent specific element Tornadoes from being chosen.
