Pyroclast Mine throws a mine that deals damage in an area when detonated, and fires multiple mortar projectiles that deal fire area damage when they land. The skill gains additional projectiles with more consecutive mines detonated. Each mine has an aura that applies Fire Exposure to nearby enemies, which does not stack.

Skill functions and interactions

• The innate aura effect has a base radius distance of 3.5 metres and is scaled by modifiers to area, including those specific to auras.
• Pyroclast mine can hit the same enemy multiple times from a single detonation: by the initial explosion of the mine, and by every exploding projectile aoe. Both hits count as projectile damage.

Some of the double legacy enchantments have identical mod text with the last obtainable variants. It is because the enchantments were for Fire Nova Mine which converted to Pyroclast Mine. Those that have identical mod text should behave the same as the last obtainable variants in-game, except having different internal mod ids or required level. Note that Pyroclast Mine fires # additional Projectiles from Eternal labyrinth also has a legacy mod value of 2.

3.27.0	Placed Pyroclast Mines no longer have an Aura that adds Fire Damage to Hits against Enemies near them. They instead now apply an Aura that inflicts Fire Exposure. The effect of this Exposure scales with effect of Auras, but multiple placed mines do not cause the Exposure effect to be higher. Pyroclast Mine: Now deals 35% more Damage at all gem levels, and fires an additional Projectile for every 3 prior Mines in Detonation Sequence (previously 4). Now has 110% Effectiveness of Added Damage (previously 80%), and the Fire Exposure Aura applies -15% to Fire Resistance.
3.23.0	Quality now causes the skill to Fire +0-1 Projectile, instead of providing 0-20% increased Area of Effect.
3.10.0	Now fires an additional projectile for every 4 prior mines in detonation sequence (previously fired an additional projectile per 2 mine detonations). Now has a base cast time of 0.18 seconds (from 0.25). You can no longer obtain the +2 projectiles to Pyroclast Mine helmet enchantment. The +1 variant now exclusively comes from the Eternal Labyrinth.
3.8.0	Fire Nova Mine (now named Pyroclast Mine) Has been completely reworked, and is now a blue gem with minimum level 28. Deals 26 to 39 Fire Damage at gem level 1, up to 240 to 361 at gem level 20. Base mine detonation time is 0.35 seconds. Fire 2 additional projectiles at all gem levels. Fires an additional projectile for every 2 prior Mines in Detonation Sequence. Each mine applies 1 to 2 fire damage to hits against enemies near it, up to a maximum of 64 to 96 at gem level 1. By gem level 20, each mine applies 12 to 18 fire damage, up to a maximum of 601 to 901.
3.6.0	Mana Cost at gem level 1 is now 7 (was 12). Mana Cost at gem level 20 is now 20 (was 36). Now has an added damage effectiveness of 40% (from 30%).
3.4.0	Base damage increased by 25% at all gem levels.
