Sacrificial Zeal is a buff gained when you use a skill that costs mana. Per its reminder text, Sacrificial Zeal grants Added Spell Physical Damage equal to 25% of the Skill's Mana Cost, and causes you to take Physical Damage over Time, for 4 seconds. It has standard buff behaviour: multiple instances can be gained, but only the one with the strongest effect will be active.

The Hand of the Fervent Unique Gloves now cause hits to have a 35-50% chance for Hits to ignore Enemy Physical Damage Reduction while you have Sacrificial Zeal instead of 10-15% Overwhelm while you have Sacrificial Zeal. Existing items can be updated to the new values with a Divine Orb.
