Prior to the [[Harvest]] rework in [[version 3.19.0]], Winged Metamorph Scarab could be obtained using a specific [[harvest crafting]] option that could be gained from harvesting [[Vivid Vulture]]s. This harvest crafting option allowed the player to upgrade a scarab, with a chance for it to become Winged.<ref name="Harvest crafting" />
