Mechalarm Belt is a belt base type. It is one of the experimented base types. The summoned contraption has a cooldown of 8s and only last 8s so you will not have 100% uptime unless you have increased duration or perfect timing. The worms also only have 6650 life without investing in minion life so they can easily die in higher tier content long before their cooldown expires. For these reasons, alternatives like decoy totem may be preferable.
