Loyalty Tattoo of the Kaom is a currency item. It replaces the stat of a single passive node with a new stat.

Mechanics

Summon Spirit of Kaom

This skill summons an immortal minion version of Kaom when a totem dies while a unique enemy is in your presence. The minion lasts for 12 seconds by default with a cooldown of 80 seconds which does not recover while the minion is active.

It also grants a buff that causes 15% of damage from hits to be taken from your nearest totem's life before you. This effect increases by 20% (3% damage redirection) per allocated Ngamahu tribe tattoo.

Item acquisition

Loyalty Tattoo of Kaom is drop disabled.
