The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.

The Brothers of Necromancy is a prophecy.
Objective
Slay the four necromancers and their pack of undead minions, they might spawn in any of the following locations:
- Act 1 - The Coast
- Act 1 - The Mud Flats
- Act 1 - The Ship Graveyard
- Act 1 - The Ship Graveyard Cave
- Act 3 - The Marketplace
- Act 3 - The Catacombs
- Act 3 - The Library
- Act 3 - The Sceptre of God
- Act 4 - Kaom's Dream
- Act 4 - Kaom's Stronghold
- Act 4 - The Harvest
