Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has higher damage effectiveness, more base projectiles, and pierces all targets. However, it no longer has impale chance, cannot consume steel shards, and has a higher damage penalty to collisions after the first against each enemy.

It now has 260% Effectiveness of Base and Added Damage at gem level 1 (previously 160%), scaling up to 360% at gem level 20 (previously 220%). Now has a Mana cost of 9 at gem level 1 (previously 8), scaling up to 13 at gem level 20 (previously 10).
