Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version can only be used while dual wielding. Instead of creating an expanding wave with three stages, it creates one wave. The wave deals more damage if the main hand weapon was used, and the wave has more radius if the off-hand weapon was used. It has faster attack speed and less mana cost, but lower damage effectiveness.
