Tainted Chaos Orb is a currency item that unpredictably either reforges a corrupted item with new random properties or removes all of its modifiers.

Notes

If the Tainted Chaos Orb removes all modifiers, the item's rarity changes to Normal, completely preventing it from being modified through normal means.
