Maven's Invitation: The Formed is a misc map item. It typically drops as an unidentified rare item but can be re-crafted as a normal/magic/rare item.

Mechanics

In order to use this invitation to open portals to The Maven's Crucible, the player must kill each of the Shaper Guardians in their respective maps while the Maven is witnessing the map:

• Guardian of the Hydra in .
• Guardian of the Minotaur in .
• Guardian of the Phoenix in .
• Guardian of the Chimera in .

When the corresponding boss is defeated, the invitation will highlight the completed map with white text. (e.g. Lair of the Hydra instead of Lair of the Hydra)

The player will fight all four Shaper Guardians in the Maven's Crucible in the invitation itself who use modified versions of their skills. Once the invitation is opened, the Shaper Guardian maps' witness status will reset.
