Maven's Invitation: The Formed is a misc map item. This item cannot be obtained directly. After defeating the required bosses, you can speak to Commander Kirac to open a Map Device interface containing the Invitation, allowing you to use crafting items on it.

Mechanics

In order to enter this invitation, the player must kill each of the Shaper Guardians in their respective maps while the Maven is witnessing the map:

Bosses can be tracked in the Atlas of Worlds interface by hovering over the Maven icon. When the corresponding boss is defeated, the invitation will highlight the completed map with white text. (e.g. Lair of the Hydra instead of Lair of the Hydra)

The player will fight all four Shaper Guardians in the Maven's Crucible in the invitation itself who use modified versions of their skills. Once the invitation is opened, the Shaper Guardian maps' witness status will reset.
