The Aspirant is a divination card. A set of five can be exchanged for a random influenced magic item with one of its affixes being elevated. As the item level is capped at 80 for unspecified divination card rewards, modifiers that require the t1 influenced mod to be ilvl 81 or greater may not be able to roll.
