Storm Rain is a bow attack skill that fires an arrow into the air, which sticks into the ground and deals area damage. Stuck arrows periodically fire a beam to other stuck arrows, dealing area damage between them.

Skill functions and interactions

Area of Effect: Increases and reductions to AoE will affect both the area of the initial hit and the area spread of the arrows.

Duration: Storm Rain has no duration tag and the arrows will stick in the ground until they have pulsed 4 times or until its maximum number of arrows is reached.

Projectile: Sources of additional projectiles cause more arrows to be fired, greatly increasing the damage potential of the skill, up to a maximum of 100 arrows stuck in the ground. Both the arrow and their beams will benefit from increases to projectile damage.

Point Blank: Damage for both the arrow and their beams will increase based on the distance from where the arrow was fired to where it landed.

Hits: Each arrow stuck in the ground can hit an enemy up to 4 times with their beams.
