The version 3.19.0 rework removed the ability to add these implicit to jewels. These implicit can only be found in existing jewel in the permanent leagues

List of implicit modifiers that can spawn on Jewels.

The implicit can be added via Vivid Parasite harvest crafting. The recipe has 3 variants. One for "classic" jewels: CobaltCobalt JewelPlace into an allocated Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Right click to remove from the Socket., CrimsonCrimson JewelPlace into an allocated Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Right click to remove from the Socket., ViridianViridian JewelPlace into an allocated Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Right click to remove from the Socket. and Prismatic JewelsPrismatic JewelPlace into an allocated Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Right click to remove from the Socket.. One for Abyss Jewels and Timeless Jewels. And lastly for Cluster Jewels.

Apparently the "classic" jewels that dropped with enchantment in a heist during heist league, use the pool of 3.11 Harvest jewel implicit.

To add implicit to a jewel, item level must be at least 2.

Version history

Version Changes
  • Harvest monsters are no longer associated with specific crafting options and do not grant uses of crafting options on death. Instead, monsters defeated now drop a stack of lifeforce.
  • The Harvest crafting options have been overhauled. Many have been rebalanced and tweaked, while others have been removed or found new homes.
  • Modifiers that granted a chance to Avoid Ailments or reduced Ailment Effect now have values of 15% (previously 10%).
  • Harvest rewards can no longer appear in Heists, because Harvest is a thing again.
  • Introduced to the game.
