Puncture is an attack skill that applies a bleeding debuff to its targets. While bleeding, the target takes damage over time based on how much damage was dealt on the initial hit. The bleeding deals more damage while moving. Puncture works with bows, daggers, claws or swords.

Mechanics

Unlike other sources of bleed, Puncture's bleed ailment lasts 8 seconds and is affected by % increased Skill Effect Duration modifier, including the Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Increased Duration" support gem, or the Temporal Chains curse.

Related helmet enchantments

The following helmet enchantments affect Puncture.

Note that helmet enchantments are no longer obtainable since version 3.23.0 and can only be obtained in permanent leagues as already enchanted items from before this patch.
