Chasing a Dream is a quest in Epilogue.
Walkthrough
Use maps in the Map Device and complete them to acquire new ones as drops. Eventually, after killing the map boss of any map in a corner region, Zana will appear and spawn a portal leading to a Citadel. There, speak to Zana.
