The amulet, at least the "Hits against Nearby Enemies have 50% increased Critical Strike Chance" version, has a visual effect on said nearby enemies: a dark red/blue/black smoke that trails when they move. All enemies affected here, with the left-most one trailing some black smoke:

New versions of Aul's Uprising can now appear with mods that cause the new Aura skills (Zealotry and Malevolence) to reserve no mana.
