• Open a portal to The Rogue Harbour by using a Rogue's MarkerRogue's MarkerStack Size: 50000Creates a portal to the Rogue Harbour from a Town or Hideout

• Open the portal to the area of the contract by interact with Adiyah, the Wayfinder
• Finish the contract
• Sell the Heist target to Faustus, the Fence
