Explorer's Scouting Report is a special type of Scouting Report.
Mechanics
Leaving a single map uncompleted on the Atlas of Worlds will cause all generated non-unique maps to be of that type; this may be useful as a strategy to farm a specific type of divination card using the "Find a stack of Divination Cards" missions.
Maps rerolled with the Explorer's Scouting Report can only generate unique maps if there are no uncompleted non-unique maps left to generate. That's the case if all non-unique maps on the atlas are completed. Unique maps generated this way aren't more likely to appear if they are uncompleted.
